We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours, textures, or details exactly represents the actual product.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the products.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship globally excluding Asia and some remote regions. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt.

Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, Nail Guns that have been used or have had their factory seal broken are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective. All nail guns are tested before dispatch and are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not a result of our error.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
